O.A.R.S. Guides Lead Historic Rafting Descent on the Colorado River “Pulse Flow”

This first descent was made possible by the recent Colorado River “pulse flow” experiment which has allowed approximately 100,000-acre-feet of water to flow south toward the Sea of Cortez for one of the first times in nearly 50 years.
