New Tactic By Smugglers Seriously Hampers Our Border Law Enforcement Agencies

Smugglers along our southern border are using Jet Skis (personal watercraft) to run interference against our law enforcement personnel to enable the smuggling of drugs, weapons and people between the U.S. and Mexico with little chance of being caught.
